Fourth, Third, Second and First Divisions in four consecutive
years.

The team subsequently changed its name to Pullman F.C.
and won the Peel Challenge Cup emblematic of the Illinois
State Championship. Secretary-treasurer of the State
Association and the Peel Cup for more than 30 years.
Commissioner of the Illinois Soccer Commission and treasurer
of the United States Football Association from 1923 to 1931
and manager of the Chicago Bricklayers who reached the Open
Cup final in 1931. Manager of the great U.S. World Cup team of
1930 which reached the semi-final, and wrote a soccer column
for the Chicago Daily News. During World War Two he was a
Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. At the time of
his death he was acting secretary to Edward Scheffler former
chief justice of the Municipal Court of Chicago.
