Gino won U.S. Open Cup medals with Simpkins-Ford in 1948 and 1950. Played a total of 5 full internationals for the U.S. Pariani’s playing career began at age 13 and within two years he had moved beyond a U-21 team to a St. Louis Municipal League championship with Schumackers. Entered the amateur leagues in 1943 with Rafferty’s S. C., winners of the St. Louis Cup.  Remained with Rafferty’s through 1947 when he was voted Most Valuable Player. A St. Louis all-star selection every year from 1946 through 1953. His playing career continued through 1963 and included seasons with Calcaterra and Wildcats A.C.
